Chip Seen As Cause of Air India Crash

An accident investigator and former pilot suggests the most likely cause of the crash was failure to replace a chip that had become worn out.

A report released by the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau following the fatal crash of an Air India flight  indicated a chip malfunction as the crash’s cause, a former pilot told Reuters on Saturday (July 12). Kristy Kilburn reports.
