Han Feng is set to compete at the 2026 World Series of Poker Main Event final table, the prestigious No-Limit Texas Hold’em championship, which will resume play on August 3rd, airing on ESPN’s family of networks.
The 27-year-old poker professional from Texas will return to the felt for a three-day showdown as part of the tournament’s nine finalists with 25,000,000 chips. He sits in 8th position, looking to close the significant gap between his stack and the 194,000,000 held by chip leader Lucas Jumalon.
This No-Limit Texas Hold’em championship, which began with 9,208 entries at a $10,000 buy-in, guarantees each finalist a minimum payout of $1,000,000. For Feng, this marks his fifth time competing in the Main Event and his deepest run to date, significantly improving upon his 286th-place finish in 2024.
His professional resume is highlighted by his selection as the 2024 GPI Mid-Major Player of the Year, a distinction earned through a standout campaign that included a victory in the WSOP Circuit Tulsa Main Event for $144,000 and a $160,000 score in a Houston tournament that same year.
Bolstered by this deep tournament run, Feng currently holds a global ranking of 90th in the Global Poker Index. Having navigated one of the toughest fields in poker, Feng now seeks his first WSOP bracelet, looking to join other Asian American winners of the illustrious tournament, including Johnny Chan, Scotty Nguyen, and Qui Nguyen.
